How did this come to our attention?
The need for a daycare program at Samata Sarana became evident through our interactions with the community. Parents frequently shared their struggles of balancing work with childcare, often expressing fears about leaving their children unsupervised. This pressing issue was further highlighted in our initial surveys, revealing a significant gap in accessible and affordable daycare options for families in the surrounding slum areas. Recognizing the critical need to support working parents and ensure the safety and early education of their children, we were inspired to develop a daycare program that would address these challenges and provide a nurturing environment for the youngest members of our community.Updates
